主要学术成绩
近年来,本人围绕智能生物材料设计及其在脑部疾病治疗中的应用开展研究,重点在脑靶向药物递送系统构建、跨血脑屏障递送机制及核酸药物精准递送等方面取得了系统性进展。以第一作者或共同第一作者身份在Nature Reviews Drug Discovery、Nature Materials、Nature Biotechnology、Science Advances、PNAS等期刊发表论文13篇,总发表论文34篇;申请发明专利8件,其中获授权6件,含国际专利2件。曾获“江苏省优秀博士学位论文(2023)”“全国博士生学术论坛百强(2021)”等荣誉。
当前研究方向
智能生物材料在脑部疾病精准治疗中的设计与应用,包括智能生物材料设计与构建、跨血脑屏障递送机制解析及核酸药物精准递送与治疗。
