个人简介:

2020年博士毕业于东南大学物理学院(导师:倪振华教授),20202023年于东南大学量子材料与信息器件教育部重点实验室从事博士后研究工作(合作导师:吕俊鹏教授)。20239月加入南京邮电大学材料科学与工程学院。

主要从事基于新型低维半导体的红外光电子器件研究,构筑了面向光通信波段和中红外大气窗口的系列高性能红外传感器。在Advanced Materials2 篇),Sci. China Inform. Sci.Laser & Photonics Reviews 等国际期刊上发表一作/通讯作者论文 13 篇,合作论文 14 篇。申请国家专利 3 项。作为负责人主持中国博士后科学基金特别资助等5项科研项目,制定国家标准和国际标准提案分别 1 项。参与了 3 项国家重点研发计划和 2 项国家自然科学基金研究。曾获得博士研究生国家奖学金。原创性成果被 Nature 子刊和顶级综述期刊 Progress in Materials Science等多次引用,多篇研究成果入选:Editors' Suggestion  Topical Review等热点文章。
