个人简历
1995年至2002年,在同济大学材料学院先后获得高分子材料科学与工程学士和硕士学位;
2002年至2003年,在中科院上海有机所从事研究工作;
2003年至2006年,在复旦大学获得物理化学专业理学博士学位;
2006年至2007年,在新加坡南洋理工大学做博士后研究;
2006年至2009年,任教于南京邮电大学信息材料与纳米技术研究院,讲师;
2012年至2013年,新加坡国立大学,访问学者;
2009年至2015年,南京邮电大学材料科学与工程学院,副教授;
2016年至今,南京邮电大学材料科学与工程学院,教授
研究方向
有机半导体新材料及其高性能与多功能器件的研究,包括:杂原子修饰有机光电材料、动态自适应调控智能有机光电分子、有机长余辉材料。

主要学术成绩
围绕有机光电材料激发态演变、光电子过程及相互作用机制,提出杂原子/共轭结构协同融合的材料设计思想,实现了有机光电材料单分子、聚集体和激发态结构与性能的理性调控和精准化构筑,建立了一系列有机半导体激发态调控和高性能应用的新理论、新方法。相关工作以第一作者或通讯作者在Nature Materials、Nature Communications、Science Advances、Journal of the American Chemical Society、Angewandte Chemie-International Edition、Advanced Materials、Chemical Society Reviews等国内外重要的学术刊物发表高水平研究论文230余篇。荣获国家自然科学奖二等奖(2018,4/5)、教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖自然科学奖一等奖(2017,2/8)、江苏省科学技术奖二等奖(2019,1/8)、中国电子学会科学技术奖(自然科学)三等奖(2022,1/5)、江苏省高等学校科学技术研究成果奖一等奖(2021,2/5)、江苏省教育教学与研究成果奖一等奖(2018,1/4)、江苏省“十佳研究生导师团队”提名奖(2020,5/8),入选2018年江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”第二层次培养对象(中青年领军人才)、2015年江苏省杰出青年基金获得者、2016年江苏省六大高峰人才等人才计划。
