主要学术成绩
   
主要从事有机半导体电存储器的研究工作,围绕有机电存储器中电子、光子和离子耦合的动力学机制、器件与材料特性的联动调控机制开展交叉研究,研制高性能信息存储技术,脑结构和功能启发的新型电子器件,探索在可穿戴电子和柔性电子方面的新应用。近五年来,在国际知名学术刊物Advanced   MaterialsAdvanced Functional   MaterialsApplied   Physics Reviews等期刊上发表学术论文40余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者发表论文12篇,1篇被遴选为封面文章,已申请或授权发明专利9项,获得中国电子学会优秀博士学位论文。目前担任Advanced   MaterialsAdvanced   Functional MaterialsMaterials   HorizonsAdvanced   Electronic MaterialsACS Applied   Electronic MaterialsRSC Advances等国际学术期刊审稿人、仲裁。
