个人简介

2004年毕业于吉林大学化学学院

2009年获得吉林大学物理化学专业理学博士学位

20099月进入复旦大学赵东元院士课题组进行博士后研究工作

201111月进入东部战区总医院医学影像科进行博士后研究随后留院工作担任分子影像实验室主任

20191月加入南京邮电大学材料科学与工程学院  

研究领域

生物材料设计构筑及其对恶性肿瘤的精准诊疗研究

主要学术成绩

致力于介孔分子影像探针对恶性肿瘤的精准诊疗研究,主要研究成果包括:

1)通过骨架固定修饰和孔道结构调控大幅提高介孔分子影像探针的安全性和稳定性,有效提高肿瘤成像灵敏度。

2)通过表面修饰与骨架结构调控提高介孔分子影像探针环境响应能力。

3)基于“自演化”方法构建多层中空诊疗一体化分子影像探针,发展肿瘤序贯和联合治疗新策略。

目前为止发表SCI论文89篇,其中以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文64篇(其中IF>108篇,IF>541篇),8篇被遴选为封面文章重点报道,被7部英文专著评述收录。申请国家发明专利19项,授权10项。担任J. Am. Chem. Soc.Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.Adv. Mater.BiomaterialsSmall20余个国际主流学术期刊审稿人。
