个人简历
  本科毕业于湖北大学物理学专业;
  硕士研究生毕业于中南民族大学等离子体物理专业;
  博士研究生毕业于华中科技大学材料物理与化学专业。
  1996年晋升为副教授,2001年晋升为教授。

研究方向
  主要研究领域涉及物理学、材料学、光学工程等学科领域,研究方向为光电信息材料与器件(主要研究氮化物、氧化物半导体材料及相关器件,多铁性材料及应用等)。

主要研究项目
  1. 铁酸铋多铁性的掺杂调变及其应用于新型存储器研究(51372119)国家自科基金项目,经费80万元,2014,01-2017,12,主持;
  2. 3d过渡金属掺杂氮化铜薄膜制备、性质及应用研究(51172110),国家自科基金项目,经费65万元,2012,01-2015,12,主持;
  3. 化学气相沉积法制备石墨烯的衬底选择与生长调控(BK2010525),江苏省科技厅自科基金项目,经费15万元,2010,09 -2013,09,主持;
  4. 基于硅基太阳能电池全光谱匹配的高效协同转光/陷光阵列及其制备技术,(2011AA050526),国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划),经费262万元,(2011-2014),参与(3/10);
  5. 提高硅基太阳能电池光伏效率的协同转光/减反双效薄膜制备技术(BE2011191),江苏省科技支撑项目,经费600万元,(2011-2014),参与(3/8);

主要学术成绩
  长期从事光电功能薄膜材料的制备及应用研究,对磁控溅射制备半导体薄膜、多铁性薄膜有所研究,尤其对磁控多靶反应共溅射制备掺杂薄膜有较多的研究,近年来也开始进行石墨烯的制备及应用研究、OLED器件设计与制备研究。在国内外期刊上公开发表论文70余篇,主持和参与科研项目10余项,申请专利10余项。

  1998年湖北省教育厅批准为湖北省跨世纪学术骨干;
  2002年获全国首届大学物理教学优秀论文三等奖一项;
