 男,19799月,山东高密人。南京邮电大学材料科学与工程学院/信息材料与纳米技术研究院 教授。

个人简历:

19999月至20036月与烟台师范学院物理与电子工程学院获学士学位。 

20039月至20086月于中国科学院长春应用化学研究所高分子物理与化学国家重点实验室有机光电中心硕博连读并获理学博士学位。

20089月至20105月分别在新加坡南洋理工大学电机与电子工程学院和日本国立物质材料研究所从事博士后研究。

20106月至今在南京邮电大学材料科学与工程学院/信息材料与纳米技术研究院。

研究方向:

研究兴趣主要集中于高性能的有机半导体存储器、柔性可弯曲型光电器件设计与制备等方面  

荣誉奖励:
