纳米能源材料、透明电极材料、有机/无机场效应晶体管、线状超级电容器

1. 国家自然科学基金项目,基于一维半导体的可编织线状场效应晶体管研究(61504062),20万,2016.1-2018.12。负责人,在研。

2. 江苏省自然科学基金项目,一维半导体在纤维上的组装及其线状场效应晶体管研究(BK20150863),20万,2015.7-2018.6。负责人,在研。

主要学术成绩
