1.科技部重大科学研究计划“纳米界面生物分子作用机制的基础研究及其在前列腺癌早期检测中的应用”(2012CB932600);首席科学家,起止时间2012年1月-2016年12月。

2.国家自然科学基金“化学小分子调控的肿瘤抑癌基因甲基化信号转导过程的生物检测方法研究”,项目负责人,起止时间2010年1月-2014年12月。

3.国家“艾滋病和病毒性肝炎等重大传染病防治”科技重大专项课题“若干生物传感器与芯片技术研究及其在重大传染病快速检测中的应用” (2009ZX10004-301),项目负责人。

4.国家杰出青年基金“生物传感器与生物分析”,项目负责人。 

主要学术成绩
已在Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Protocols, PNAS等杂志发表论文200余篇,论文引用 约9000次(25篇>100次)。多篇论文在JACS,Angew. Chem.,Adv. Mater.等杂志以封面论文形式发表,并为Nature杂志highlight,Nature China等科学媒体报道。多次应邀在Account of Chemical Research,Chemical Society Reviews,Trends in Biotechnology等权威杂志撰写研究综述。已申请八项美国、国际专利和三十余项中国专利。
